So we may be having a really wet year. It's flooded up north, it's flooded in Gloucestershire. It's even flooded as close to us as Swindon and yet we're still under the LTA flow on the Nadder. With the rain/flow data still to come in for July when it was really wet I think this chart really shows a bleak picture. There appears to be simply too much water being removed from the catchment, or significant amounts of rainfall that no longer reach the river system. Surely the aim would be to really keep levels at around the LTA, not consistently below it?
